This presentation will provide you with you insights into how you can attract, select, train, retain and compensate the best people for your small business. Do you hire full-time, part-time or contract workers? Gain an understanding of current labour regulations as they apply to today’s market.
The Central Alberta business plan workshop series for Canadian Youth Business Foundation will be facilitated by Kathy Lineham.
Facilitator: Kathy Lineham has been a business development consultant for twenty years, specializing in business plans and growth strategies for businesses. Kathy has been a business facilitator for Community Futures, Red Deer College, and other organizations. With her experience and passion working with entrepreneurs, the participants will learn and understand how to turn their business dreams into success.
